Nordic Walking

Nordic walking is a way of using poles whilst walking to turn it into a whole body workout. Sessions for experienced walkers at 9:30am on Thursdays and Fridays

Designed to boost confidence and help young people connect to nature and each other. Our 8 week program covers a wide variety of outdoor activities including bushcraft skills, fire lighting and watersports. Everything is better outside!

Zapt - Laser Tag

ZAPT Laser Tag is the ultimate action-packed outdoor gaming experience. Situated in woodland in Milton Country Park and using state-of-the-art equipment, you will experience the newest and most exciting outdoor activity in Cambridge.

Foraging for Wellbeing

Our next course starts on the 14th August, then 25th September, November 6th

We meet on a Wednesday at 10am-12pm and we run our sessions over 6 weeks

Foraging for Wellbeing is for anyone over the age of 18. Sessions are aimed at adults with mild/moderate anxiety, low mood, stress or experiencing loneliness or social isolation. ​

During the sessions you will be guided through the process of foraging. We’ll walk, explore our surroundings, learn how to identify plants, adopt the guidlines of foraging, how to prepare our free food, the health benefits, practice mindfulness, and learn loads of new skills.
Our aim is to create an inclusive and safe environment for your wellbeing and for everyone within our foraging community.
